vaginal bleeding/constant spotting and random bleeding; constant breast pain; early miscarriage of over 4/40; uterine pain/very severe random uterine cramps; constant pelvic pain; biochemical pregnancy/multiple chemical pregnancies; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the regulatory agency (ra). the reporter is the patient. other case identifier(s): gb-mhra-vac-202202121827185200-punso (ra), gb-mhra-adr 26598081 (ra). a 33-year-old female patient (pregnant) received bnt162b2 (bnt162b2), administration date 13jan2021 (batch/lot number: unknown) as dose 1, single, administration date mar2021 (batch/lot number: unknown) as dose 2, single and administration date dec2021 (batch/lot number: unknown) as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. relevant medical history included: "pregnancy" (not ongoing), notes: patient no longer pregnant at the time of reporting. concomitant medication(s) included: desogestrel; folic acid. the following information was reported: vaginal haemorrhage (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "vaginal bleeding/constant spotting and random bleeding"; breast pain (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "constant breast pain"; abortion spontaneous (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "early miscarriage of over 4/40"; uterine pain (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "uterine pain/very severe random uterine cramps"; pelvic pain (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "constant pelvic pain"; biochemical pregnancy (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "biochemical pregnancy/multiple chemical pregnancies ". the pregnancy resulted in spontaneous abortion. the fetal outcome is intrauterine death. clinical course: the patient had constant spotting and random bleeding in the months after vaccine. the patient had very severe random uterine cramps, constant pelvic pain. multiple chemical pregnancies and one early miscarriage of over 4/40. also had constant breast pain. the patient never had this before and nothing else had changed prior to having vaccine. the patient had initial dose in jan2021 and second dose in mar2021. these side effects went on from jan2021 to sep2021. the events resolved then when got booster in dec2021. the patient had vaginal bleeding the next day and have had breast pain and pelvic pain again since. the patient had multiple chemical pregnancies and an early miscarriage in the consecutive months after having the vaccine. the reaction did not occur as a result of a mistake made in the administration of the vaccine. the patient was not currently breastfeeding. no follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained. no further information is expected
