gut pain; nausea; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (other hcp) from the regulatory agency (ra). other case identifier(s): gb-mhra-vac-202202131951014110-9skyo (ra), gb-mhra-adr 26598609 (ra). a 12 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), administration date 13feb2022 14:41 (lot number: ff8222) at the age of 12 years as dose number unknown, 0.3ml single for covid-19 immunisation. relevant medical history included: "type 1 diabetes mellitus" (unknown if ongoing). the patient's concomitant medications were not reported. the following information was reported: gastrointestinal pain (hospitalization) with onset 13feb2022, outcome "recovering", described as "gut pain"; nausea (hospitalization) with onset 13feb2022, outcome "unknown", described as "nausea". therapeutic measures were taken as a result of gastrointestinal pain, nausea. it was reported that on 13feb2022 at 14:41, the patient received the vaccine. at 1600, they returned to vaccination site with parents. patients stated she has severe abdominal pain and feels nauseated. the patient had received ibuprofen at 1545 from parents. she was seen by the paramedic on site. history taken and paracetamol given at 1615. the patient had period but does not usually suffer with abdominal pain. pain was not resolving so the paramedic called # as per sop for pop up vaccination centres. paramedic discussed case with staff on call. advised that patient was taken to minor injuries unit. pain started to resolve. paramedic discussed with parents and they decided to take her home and see if she continues to get better. they will call if they were concerned. no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected
