swollen lymph nodes in left armpit; nauseous; headache; achy; patient received vaccine dose 1 on 18nov2021, dose 2 on 13feb2022; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the regulatory agency (ra). regulatory number: gb-mhra-webcovid-202202150721181970-9o8jv (ra). other case identifier(s): gb-mhra-adr 26605507 (ra). a 14 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), administration date 13feb2022 (lot number: fk9712) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. the patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. patient has not had symptoms associated with covid-19. vaccination history included: comirnaty (dose 1, lot number: fk0596), administration date: 18nov2021, for covid-19 immunisation. the following information was reported: lymphadenopathy (medically significant) with onset 15feb2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "swollen lymph nodes in left armpit"; nausea (medically significant) with onset 14feb2022, outcome "recovered" (feb2022), described as "nauseous"; headache (medically significant) with onset 14feb2022, outcome "recovered" (feb2022), described as "headache"; pain (medically significant) with onset 14feb2022, outcome "recovered" (feb2022), described as "achy"; inappropriate schedule of product administration (non-serious) with onset 13feb2022, outcome "unknown", described as "patient received vaccine dose 1 on 18nov2021, dose 2 on 13feb2022". the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: covid-19 virus test: negative, notes: no - negative covid-19 test. clinical course: swollen lymph nodes in left armpit after 2nd vaccine. came up large after 36 hours. nauseous/headache and achy within 24 hours, settled within 36 hours. patient has not tested positive for covid-19 since having the vaccine. patient is not enrolled in clinical trial. adverse reaction did not occur as a result of an exposure during pregnancy. this report do not relate to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected
