headache/ intense headache; pain in the arm from injected area; unable to get up or move; vomiting; felt so weak; fatigue/ tired; migraine headache; nausea; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the united kingdom's medicines and healthcare products regulatory agency . the reporter is the patient. regulatory number: gb-mhra-webcovid-202202161126328820-ngi2z. a 54 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (pfizer-biontech covid-19 vaccine), administered in arm, administration date 02sep2021 (lot number: fe3380) at the age of 54 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. the patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. the patient had not had symptoms associated with covid-19. vaccination history included: covid-19 vaccine (dose 1, manufacturer unknown), for covid-19 immunisation. the following information was reported: headache (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "headache/ intense headache"; vaccination site pain (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "pain in the arm from injected area"; nausea (medically significant), outcome "recovered", described as "nausea"; fatigue (medically significant) with onset 02sep2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "fatigue/ tired"; migraine (medically significant) with onset 02sep2021, outcome "recovered" (03sep2021), described as "migraine headache"; vomiting (medically significant) with onset 03sep2021, outcome "recovered" (04sep2021), described as "vomiting"; asthenia (medically significant) with onset 02sep2021, outcome "unknown", described as "felt so weak"; movement disorder (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "unable to get up or move". the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: sars-cov-2 test: (05sep2021) no - negative. clinical course was reported as follows: after having the vaccine the patient went straight home as felt so weak and tired. the patient went to sleep and later woke up with intense headache and fatigue and unable to get up or move. spent a few days in bed. nausea/vomiting lasted for a day and felt very weak and tired for weeks afterwards. it was also reported that pain in the arm from injected area, which still is painful many months afterwards. the patient had not been tested positive for covid-19 since having the vaccine. patient was not enrolled in clinical trial. this report was not related to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected
