late period; nauseous; pms has never been this bad; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the regulatory authority. the reporter is the patient. regulatory number: gb-mhra-webcovid-202202161604536940-ygu4l (ra). other case identifier(s): gb-mhra-adr 26611641 (ra). a 17 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), administration date 04feb2022 (batch/lot number: unknown) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. relevant medical history included: "covid-19", start date: 19dec2021 (unspecified if ongoing). patient last menstrual period date was 16jan2022. patient has not had symptoms associated with covid-19, patient is not currently breastfeeding. patient is not enrolled in clinical trial. the patient's concomitant medications were not reported. vaccination history included: covid 19 vaccine (dose 1; manufacturer unknown), for covid-19 immunisation. the following information was reported: premenstrual syndrome (medically significant) with onset feb2022, outcome "unknown", described as "pms has never been this bad"; menstruation delayed (medically significant) with onset 13feb2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "late period"; nausea (medically significant) with onset feb2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "nauseous". the patient reported that her pms has never been this bad, and she had read about this from several sources and friends about their period cycles being messed up from pfizer vaccination. she was nauseous, and getting pregnancy symptoms that are worrying her. she had not taken a pregnancy test yet, but it is possible that she could be pregnant but yet it is mostly unlikely. the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: sars-cov-2 test: (19dec2021) yes - positive covid-19 test. patient has not tested positive for covid-19 since having the vaccine. no follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained. no further information is expected
